Just when you didn’t think it was possible, the new Edge has been improved, as now it is equipped with Shimano Hydraulic disc brakes (Junior size & above), all new Chase 24mm 2 piece Alloy Cranks (Expert XL & Above) , updated gearing and crank sizes, a 2 tone paint and graphics design, and an closed rear dropout system with integrated chain tensioner system,. The Edge frame also features hydroformed, triple butted, 6061 aluminum tubes with an integrated head tube. Other featured parts on the Edge include 4130 chromoly fork and handlebars, double wall rims with triple engagement rear cassette rear hub, and TIOGA tires. The combination of all these components arguably makes the CHASE Edge one of the most advanced race BMX bikes available today.
